Superb Old Mouseman Adzed Oak Stool
A superb Thompsons of Kilburn adzed oak kidney shaped stool in wonderful original condition c.1960. Slightly dished kidney shaped seat with adzed finish; as found on the older pieces. Beautifully carved trademark mouse with long tail to the front edge of the seat. The three hand cut octagonal shaped legs with matching adzed finish sat at a slightly splayed angle. Superb colour and rich patina built up over years of careful use. Presented in excellent condition.
