A superb quality hand knotted Persian pure wool Kashan rug from central Persia in immaculate unworn newly cleaned condition c.1920's. The close hand knotted pile rug with a soft cream background decorated predominantly in tones of navy, teal blue and gold. Medalion to the centre surrounded by interlinked floral design decoration, infills to the corners and broad boarder to the outer edge. Presented in immaculate unworn stain free newly cleaned condition ready for use.
