A superb quality Persian Kashan rug with rich champagne background and blue copper floral decoration c.1920. Premium quality and hand knotted with a deep dense pile typical of a Kashan rug. The background of the rug in a rich champagne cream, medallion to the centre framed in a matching light cream ground. Broad border to the outer edge. The floral decoration and broad outer boarder decoration in tones of navy, teal blue copper brown and deep cream. Presented in excellent unworn stain free condition, newly cleaned ready for use.
