Superb William IV Mahogany Wall Bracket

A superb quality and difficult to find William IV solid mahogany wall bracket or shelf with carved acanthus leaf design decoration c.1830. The solid polished mahogany bracket with moulded back board, which has a risen border to the edge that flow into scrolls at the top and base at each side. The shelf with rounded corners and moulded edge, is also supported by a scroll design arm with acanthus leaf design carved decoration to the front. Superbly made, ideal for a bracket clock or as a wall shelf. Presented in excellent original condition with a rich colour and patina.
