Turned Oak Aneroid Barometer
A Victorian turned polished oak cased aneroid barometer with porcelain dial in mint condition c.1890. The broad ring turned figured oak case with polished brass hanging fixing to the top. Porcelain dial sat over an aneroid movement, fully serviced and working. Polished brass bezel with glazed view window and centre reading marker sat over the dial. Presented in immaculate condition, fully serviced and working with a rich colour and original patina. Measures 9" diameter x 3" deep x 5" dial diameter. Stock number 40156.
