An unusual Edwardian period silver & turquoise enamel banded pill box, hallmarked Birmingham 1909. Bears the maker's mark for James Fenton. Solid silver with removable domed top, the interior with a gilt finish. Unusual turquoise guilloche engine turned enamel banding with copper and silver chain design decoration. Firmly fitting lid, clear hallmarks and good heavy weight. Presented in immaculate condition. Measures 5cm diameter x 2.75cm high. Stock number 38628.
