Unusual Silver Wishbone Toast Rack
An unusual heavy quality George VI solid silver wishbone design toast rack in immaculate condition, hallmarked Birmingham 1937. Arched base rail with broad rounded top slightly flared divisions forming 5 slots to hold the toast. Looped over ends forming handles and to hold the outer pieces of toast in position. Bears the makers mark for Birmingham silversmiths Adies Bros along with clear hallmarks. Beautifully made and presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine. Measures 4" wide x 1.5" deep x 1.75" high. Stock number 42606.
