Unusual Victorian Octagonal Pill Box by George Unite
An unusual Victorian solid silver octagonal hinged pill box with faceted sides by highly regarded maker George Unite, hallmarked Birmingham 1891. The polished silver box with hinged lid which has a small lip to the front edge to aid opening. The sides of the box with faceted surface giving a three dimensional octagonal effect. The hinged lid opening to reveal an immaculate gilt lined interior. Bears the makers mark for highly regarded silversmiths George Unite. Presented in immaculate condition.
