A Very Original George II period oak high backed settle.c.1740. Typical style of North Wales origin for the period. Stop moulded frame with fielded panel back. Shaped arm supports and matching panels to the base. Lift up seat with original iron hinges. Pegged joints throughout. Superb colour and patina. Measures 46" x 16"deep x 55.5"high. Stock no.32024.
