Victorian Brass Door Stop
A Victorian cast brass lead weighted base door stop in the manner of Pugin c.1875. The half octagon shaped base with lead filled back to give stability rising to meet the slender column with fretted decoration to the base and centre; in the manner of Pugin. Heart shaped loop handle to the top. Presented in excellent condition with a deep shine. Measures 5.5" wide x 3" deep at the base x 13.5" high to top of handle. Stock number 40848.
