Victorian Brass Log Bin or Planter
A Victorian brass log bin with riveted seams and decorative cast brass fittings c.1900. Hand formed with decorative riveted folded seem to the rear and matching seam to the lower part of the sides, which is secured to the base. Cast brass claw feet set to the corners and riveted brass lion mask carrying handles to the sides. Heavy quality, made from thick gauge brass and presented in excellent condition with a deep shine. Measures 18.5" wide (20.5" wide with handles) x 13.5" deep x 12" high. Stock number 43229.
