Victorian Cast Brass Door Stop

A fine quality Victorian cast brass weighted door stop in the manner collected maker William Tonks c.1880. Cast brass foot with ornate decoration and tapering stem above, beaded decoration to the centre, carrying handle to the top with acanthus leaf decoration to the mount. Cast iron infill weight set behind for stability. Superb quality and condition with a deep polish.
