Victorian Chesterfield Sofa
A substantial Victorian three seat Chesterfield sofa with deep buttoned back, reupholstered to a high standard in Abraham Moon pure wool fabric c.1885. Rolled over deep buttoned sprung back and arms, deep sprung seat with stitched edge and apron to the front. Sat on turned mahogany legs with with brass and porcelain castors, splayed legs to the rear. Fully reupholstered and re-webbed to a high standard in Abraham Moon pure wool 'Herringbone-Silt' coloured pure wool fabric, with hand stitched piped edges. Presented in immaculate newly upholstered condition, very comfortable and use...able. Measures 83" wide x 33" deep x 24" high to top of sofa back x 15" seat height.
