A superior quality brass cased marine bulk head barometer with engraved silvered dial c.1885. The solid brass case with cast brass fixing plates to the back edge, the rapid indicating aneroid movement set behind an engraved silvered dial bearing the makers name Kelvin & James White Ltd & Hutton, London ' Set behind a glazed view window with central reading marker, set in a cast brass bezel. Presented in excellent original condition and in full working order. Measures 6" diameter x 2.5" deep. Stock number 37848.
