A Victorian polished oak and silver plated toast or letter rack in immaculate unused condition c.1900. The polished figured oak base with chamfered edges and clipped corners. Two rows of silver plated prongs with ball finials to the top of each forming the divisions, with loop handle set in between. Small matching silver plated bun feet below. Originally used as a toast rack but making an ideal letter rack. Top quality and presented in immaculate unused condition with a deep shine. Measures 6.25" long x 4" wide x 5" high at the handle top.
