Victorian Oak and Silver Plated Three Bottle Tantalus
A quality Victorian oak Betjemann's three bottle tantalus with silver plated fittings and original crystal decanters c.1890. The figured golden oak casework with shaped sides and tray to the base for holdingthe three decanters in place. Silver plated locking bar above with carrying handle set to the centre; the working locking catch to the side. Matching silver plated mounts to the base of the frame. Three original hobnail cut crystal decanters with matching stoppers in mint condition sat to the interior; which can be released by folding down the locking bar. Excellent quality and condition... with a rich polish throughout and perfect crystal ware.
