A superior quality Victorian turned and carved oak cased aneroid barometer with enamel dial c.1890. The polished turned and carved golden oak case with moulding around the dial and ebonised edge to the outside. Aneroid movement sat behind a a decorative white enamel dial with red capitals. Glazed bevelled edge view window to the front with centre reading marker set in a polished brass bezel. Fully overhauled and working, presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine. Measures 10" diameter x 3" maximum depth x 6.5" dial diameter. Stock number 38421.
