Victorian Silver Aesthetic Design Pill Box
A Victorian solid silver circular pill box with Aesthetic movement design fern leaf engraving to the lid, hallmarked Birmingham 1890. The circular box with slightly domed push fit lid, which rolls over to the rim with the base section in a matching design. The lid engraved with a fern leaf design in the Aesthetic movement style, and removes to reveal a clean lightly gilded interior. Bears the makers mark for Birmingham silversmiths Hilliard & Thomason along with clear hallmarks to all sections. Presented in immaculate unused condition.
