A Victorian solid silver country house flour sifter with engraved decoration, hallmarked London 1883. Circular form with flared rim forming the foot, loop handle set to the side. The sides of the base with decorative engraving and clenched hand holding a sheaf of wheat. Domed push fit lid with pierced top for casting the flour. Clear hallmarks to all sections and presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine. Measures 2.75" high x 2" diameter x 2.5" wide inc handle. Stock number 41665.
