Victorian Turned Walnut Cased Aneroid Barometer with Crescent Thermometer
A Victorian turned walnut cased aneroid barometer with crescent thermometer to the dial c.1880. Deep turned polished walnut case with ring turning to the sides. Aneroid movement with white dial, weather predictions to the outer edge, and original mercury action crescent theremometer to the lower half of the dial. Polished brass bezel with glazed view window sat over the dial and reading marker to the centre of the window. Fully serviced and working; presented in excellent original condition. Dial measures 4.5" diameter.
